Carlisle are looking to avoid a fourth successive defeat on Saturday when we face Southend at Roots Hall, who are themselves looking to avoid a third successive defeat – going into this we’re just two-points off the relegation zone so know we need something.

Southend have a slight doubt over ‘keeper Daniel Bentley (groin strain). Apart from him long-term victim Mads Ibenfeldt (foot) is the only one missing.

We’ll be missing Danny Grainger (suspension), who will start a two-match ban following his 10th booking of the season. Troy Archibald-Henville (knee) was rested against Wycombe but should come back in.

Following the PFA issue this week Billy Paynter and Gary Dicker aren’t ‘expected to feature’ with David Symington (knee) out for the season and Mark Gillespie (groin) out for six-weeks.

Remember, ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go?

Carlisle win
Southend win
