This latest weekend of league 2 action is here, so our bid to avoid relegation goes on with a home game on the agenda.

Carlisle return to Brunton Park for the visit of Cambridge this afternoon as we look to put some daylight between us an trouble.

Tom Anderson and Connor Brown have returned to Burnley and Oldham respectively with it decided not to extend their loan, so they’re obviously out of contention!

Courtney Meppen-Walter has played in midfield recently but could move back into defence, Brad Potts (toe) should be fit to play on through the pain along with Troy Archibald-Henville (knee) but Billy Paynter (Achilles) is still out and Danny Kearns and Alex Marrow not expected to feature.

Cambridge miss loanee striker Kwesi Appiah (international duty) following his Ghana call-up for the African Cup of Nations, his loan was also due to end after this game anyway. Ryan Donaldson, Harrison Dunk and Tom Elliott are all missing.

Ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think this game will go, which obviously requires you to vote in one of three ways?

Basically, these are of course:-

Carlisle win
Cambridge win

Not only do we want a vote from you, with the view you think this game will go, a personal opinion below wouldn’t go amiss so do share these thoughts below….

This site is looking for an editor (at least a contributor or blogger), so if you’re a fan that can offer us a genuine opinion we would love to share it with the masses!
