Carlisle suffered yet another, how many times have we said this? Setback in our bid to stay in League 2, which was worse given it was at home, with a defeat against Exeter on Saturday.

With a need to chase an equaliser we left ourselves open at the back with Exeter catching us on the counterattack to seal the three-one win at Brunton Park….

Harley (30) finished off Nichols’ pass to beat Hanford to give the visitors the lead on the half hour but a Rigg (39) volley drew us level before half time.

Exeter restored their lead early in the second half though Harley’s (56) second with the points wrapped up deep into injury-time when Morrison set up Sercombe (90+2) to confirm our defeat and leave us just two-points above the drop zone!
